Max is a veteran investor with over 16 years of extensive experience in venture building, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate turnarounds, with a strong track record of leading companies to successful IPO exits. Under his leadership, Meyzer Group has grown into a leading management consultancy and investment firm, with over 20 business ventures across Asia — several of which are now publicly listed on exchanges in Asia and the United States.
Max has a proven track record in managing and executing transactions totaling more than USD 1.5 billion. He has completed numerous corporate exercises, including IPOs, reverse takeovers (RTOs), and M&A transactions involving public-listed companies and REITs on both the SGX and NASDAQ.
Beyond corporate transactions, Max has invested in, built, and managed real estate portfolios across Asia. He brings over 15 years of experience serving as a shareholder, board member, and executive director across a diverse range of sectors, including:

Nick has over 15 years of experience in investment advisory and private banking, having previously held senior roles at SMBC Private Wealth, DBS Private Bank, Bank of Singapore, and HSBC Bank. He brings strong expertise in investment strategies, family office structures, and wealth management solutions, particularly for second-generation clients across Asia.
A graduate of Henley Business School’s Executive Hedge Fund Program, he works closely with high-net-worth clients in Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore, providing tailored advisory services aligned with their long-term financial goals.
